AiR – Atman in Ravi is a spiritual seeker, author, speaker, and mentor based in Bengaluru, India. After leaving a successful business career, he dedicated his life to helping people discover their true identity as the Divine Soul (Atman) and embark on the journey toward Self-Realization and God-Realization.
AiR’s primary mission is to guide humanity towards eternal peace, bliss, and liberation by overcoming spiritual ignorance. Through books, discourses, meditation, and digital teachings, AiR encourages seekers to understand the truth of life and move beyond the repetitive cycle of birth and death (Samsara) towards liberation (Moksha or Nirvana).
Self-Realization is the realization that we are not merely the physical body or the thinking mind, but the immortal Soul (Atman). God-Realization is the deeper realization that the Soul within us is a manifestation of the Supreme Divine Energy, God, that pervades the entire universe.
The Law of Karma is the universal law of cause and effect: what we sow, we reap. According to AiR’s teachings, when one realizes the truth that one is the Soul and not the ego or the body, one stops creating new Karmic accounts. As the existing Karmic account is exhausted, one can ultimately transcend the cycle of rebirth and attain liberation.
Suffering arises when we identify with the body, mind, and ego. To overcome suffering, AiR teaches one to flip from mind to Consciousness— the practice of moving beyond the constant chatter of the mind and developing Intellectual Consciousness (Buddhi). By observing thoughts without attachment, fear, or reaction, one can experience greater peace, clarity, and freedom.
“Atman in Ravi” represents Ravi’s spiritual transformation or rather, metamorphosis and his realization and identification with the Soul rather than the physical persona of the body, mind, and ego. It reflects the understanding that Ravi is merely an instrument, while the true inner self is the Divine Soul (Atman).
The journey towards Enlightenment begins with genuine curiosity and the courage to question—what AiR calls Jigyasa. Begin by asking fundamental questions such as: “Who am I?”, “Why was I born?”, and “What happens after death?” Alongside this inquiry, practice quiet contemplation, meditation, and the study of spiritual truths.
